… or maybe I'll just say I'm siding with the ACLU. Clicking a "Like" button is of course an expression of free speech, of opinion. (Ditto for a "+1" in Google Plus, starring something in Twitter, etc.) That a federal judge thought otherwise is just plain goofy. And dangerously so.
