I feel the same way whenever my little corner of NC gets named to one of these lists. We also have annoying political ads. And the robo-calls. Hoo boy. 🙂
When I lived in Southern California, we used to curse the fact that it could be raining on December 31, and predicted to be awful on January 2, but it was always gorgeous on January 1 for the Rose Parade, broadcast live across the country. "Gee, Ma, it's sunny and warm there — we should move!"
