California okays the concept of driverless, autonomous cars, subject to regulations to be written.  Which is fairly darned cool, if you ask me.

  1. I’d like it a lot more in, say, Utah.
I have family and family of friends in California. They drive. Think, “Microsoft.”

And, WOW, reCAPTCHA is messed up recently. Six attempts to find a readable one. So far.

  2. It would sign up as soon as I can afford one and if I'm shopping for a car. Why the hell do I need to drive? Its a pointless activity that provides no value to me and is dangerous. I would rather spend the time working, reading, or on the phone.

  3. I am SO looking forward to the day when I can afford a car that can drive itself. I  want to get in the car and take a nap, and wake up at my destination. That technology will totally transform the trucking industry when it gets reliable enough for their use.
