While Romney's camp launches odd attacks against the Obama Administration for supporting requests from GOP governors for flexibility in handling work-to-welfare programs, the House GOP is putting forward legislation to block such requests from GOP governors … even while conveniently forgetting that they previously proposed legislation that would have far and beyond anything those GOP governors requested.
