  1. I don't think it's fear-mongering, per se (it's not something trying to drive anyone to any particular action through fear). 

    I do think we're going to see a lot of court actions filed 7 November. (And, of course, some of them will be righteous, and others bogus, and, of course, that will all be based on what candidates I think should get in.)

  2. I see your point, but I didn't see anything so obviously outlandish as to make it unworthy of passing on. I think it's an interesting, even useful reminder of how convoluted our electoral system is — and how, with bad actors, it could be even worse.
