Margie and I have been drinking more champagne of late. It's easy to find relatively inexpensive bottles that are as good as most white wines but have that bit of celebration / specialness to them. "Hey, rough day at the office — let's have some champagne!" "Hey, big victory in the problem I was having — let's have some champagne!" "Hey, survived Tuesday — let's have some champaigne!"
