Left mostly undiscussed at this meeting was allowing openly gay adult scout leaders. Amidst the (largely unfounded, IMO) concerns about abuse, maintaining a policy that gay youth can participate in the organization until 18, then he is suddenly a persona non grata, simply cannot stand for long.
