I'm fine with running stories about how the ACA is actually falling short, from the (federal) website problems to the problems facing working poor in states that chose not to extend Medicaid. But a lot of the breathless commentary on supposed problems with the ACA that really aren't (see also http://goo.gl/Um2E3J, http://goo.gl/9eH8yN, http://goo.gl/j8FlwK, http://goo.gl/5nwkXm) does little to actually help anyone … except for politicians that want to bash the White House and Democrats.

Debunking Obamacare sob story
That horror story of the Obamacare fail for the Federal Way mom isn’t the horror it was made out to be. They usually aren’t.
By "politicians that want to bash the White House and Democrats" you mean "Republicans" right?
Very poor reporting. Instead of investigating. They just quote people who will say sensational things
+Jonathon Barton Generally speaking, yeah. There are a few schizophrenic Dems out there, but my emphasis was less on the party but on the profession — I'm fairly convinced that GOP congressional opposition to the ACA has little to do with principle (given that it was structured around ideas that the Republicans were touting for years) and mostly with politics (their own political careers and partisan success).
