This is very cool. The underlying clock (at http://xkcd.com/now) stays "roughly" on time, but I'd like something even better defined (and addressing daylight saving time, etc.). At the office I use http://www.worldtimebuddy.com/ a lot, but the graphical and functional nature of this clock has a lot of value.
