Movies Trailers before "Captain America 2"

Not surprisingly, a lot of super-heroics were involved in the the pre-"Winter Soldier" trailers we saw last night.

Guardians of the Galaxy – The next MCU film coming out. This was a previously released trailer, sadly, but it's still good-looking stuff. Looking forward to it.

Maleficent – Looks gorgeous, but I'm still trying to get a handle on how it's going to play.  I suspect we'll be going to see it.

X-Men: Days of Future Past – The ad was still something of a mess, esp. if you're not familiar with who's who or what's going on. Still feeling the burn for the movie, though.

Amazing Spider-Man 2 – Nice ad, though it seemed to show pretty much the whole movie. I'm just not much of a Spider-fan, frankly, so I likely will give this one a pass.

Blended – The one sit-com of the movie, about two single parents who don't hit it off back home, and then run into each other on an African vacation with their families. I just can't get excited for an Adam Sandler movie, even if it has some cool African safari stuff and Drew Barrymore as well.

Lucy – As Margie put it about this Scarlett Johansson SF/action flick, "I hope it does great and causes all those old white guys who didn't want to make a 'Black Widow' movie heartburn."  I think it looks pretty cool, even if that hoary "we only use 10% of our brain" bit is about is realistic as phrenology.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – I am assured by Kay that we will be seeing this film, which would make it the first Michael Bay film I've seen in a theater ever (and the first one I've sen at all since Pearl Harbor.  Meh. Whatever.
