Though reaching Judges 5 as a whole (http://goo.gl/f0TfIM), I confess that I don't see how it applies to "disarming" the people (or invasion from Japan, for that matter). I mean, it reads to me about people unwilling to defend Israel, not people unarmed to be able to do so. (Taking a quick look at most of the Bible Commentaries on line, I don't see anything about forceable disarmament or "gun/spear control".)
But, then, I'm one of those "left-wing crazies" out to kill Bible-worshiping Christians, so no wonder I can't figure it out.
