I will confess that the Fave/Like/+1/Upcheck buttons in social media have spoiled me. I would love to have a way to do that with email — something quicker and easier (and less intrusive) than a reply message of "Heh" or "Agreed" or "That's great," but more friendly and interactive than not saying anything.
