Making a movie out of a … well, a Disneyland zone, sounds kind of dumb. On the other hand, Brad Bird is nobody to dismiss, and this trailer looks pretty cool.

Well, the Pirates of the Caribbean was based off a single Disney ride, and that turned out good (disregard 2-4).
+WrittenInShadow Pirates (1, at least) was pretty darned good. I'll offer in counter-evidence Haunted Mansion and Country Bear Jamboree.

At least it's not another Hollywood remake. I'll pay money to see it just for that.
They should have gone with Teacups! The sequel, "Teacups 2: Spinning Saucers" pretty much writes itself, doesn't it?
Definitely! I trust Brad Bird. This film gives me a sense of wonder and magic. Reminds me of The Incredibles and The Iron Giant. Not the story, but the feeling I get. Cannot wait!
+Kingsley Lintz They wouldn't call it "teacups" though. The ride's actual name is "Mad Tea Party".
To be honest, the concept of tomorrow land gives a lot to write a story about, it's about the future and the ingenuity of the human mind. Certainly much more thean Pirates of the Caribbean, which turned out to be a good film. It's all about the writers, and Brad Bird a fantastic story teller.
Well, most Disneyland zones are primarily based off of existing movies. This one was not, to my knowledge, so it leaves a lot of room for creativity.
