If there's one person who should have known a thing or two about how to be creative, it would have been Isaac Asimov, writer and polymath. Here's a previously unpublished 1959 essay he wrote for an MIT science think tank about the creative process, isolation, and collaboration. Fun stuff, and applicable to businesses and others today as much as 55 years ago.
Published for the First Time: a 1959 Essay by Isaac Asimov on Creativity | MIT Technology Review
A previously unpublished Asimov essay! Who would have thought? It's nice to have something "new" by him.
Of course, he wrote so much that I can find plenty of his essays that I've never read, but this was "lost," so it's much cooler.
