  1. How did you like The Captain Is Dead? It can be tough if you don't get the Chief Engineer, and the Science Officer is a real help, too. I now set the difficulty after seeing what characters we have.

In my last two games, the Janitor saved the ship. His ability to pinch-hit is enormously useful. The Admiral was important as well, as he was able to override the most damaging alerts.

  2. +Scott Randel Enjoyed it a fair amount. Played twice — the first time was an immediate death spiral as we started with a Gravity Anomaly and Transporter Failure and two fighters plonking on us.

The second ep we were doing better, and beginning to get some insights as to strategies to follow.

Will definitely do some more on future game days.

  3. I was the Scholar first pass, Medical Officer second. In the latter case I was all ready to research one of those awesome new systems before I had to burn all my science skills to fix a Fear Anomaly.
