Okay, I have to say this sounds darned intriguing. I'll be curious to see where this tech goes as far as mainstream uses (and when we'll see competing engines like it). This is definitely less "use/wear everywhere" than, say, Google Glass, but it's also a lot more powerful. I think both platforms (and the general broad category of "things you wear over your face" have a lot of possibilities, but it's going to take a while to refine those down.
(Dealing with existing prescription glasses is going to be a challenge. Will this sort of thing be what pushes more of the population into wearing contacts? [Shudders] )

So it sounds like it's the real deal. I doubt it'll completely replace standard flat monitors, but if the price is right it could be awesome for a lot of different things not the least of which is gaming.
