A bit more in-flight reading material is lost

I never, ever bought anything from Skymall, but I often used their catalogs for entertainment (usually meaning sharing them with +Margie Kleerup and laughing on each page). So for that alone I'm sorry to see them go.

(I do think there were a couple of times a particular widget caught my eye, but if I did follow up on it later, it was via Amazon.)

I never understood the logic of trying to sell stuff to people while they're travelling in such a way that doesn't allow them to actually purchase anything until after they land. By the time they make it through baggage claim and out of the airport they've probably forgotten all about whatever crappy product they had considered in your magazine.
