For several months, until a major meltdown a week ago, I lived with someone who loved to tell stories about his life, and have people listen.
And for months, I listened, and he could have had incredible stories, if he knew how to keep them cogent – the stuff of gang politics and murder mysteries and crime dramas. But instead all I got was him talking about wow this and look how much that.
I was neither wowed nor amazed, and so it was all a tremendous bore.
Yes, yes I bet +Kay Hill has those thoughts about all of us at times.
