Okay, I get it that no security system is going to be perfect, and that our airport / flight security is handled in a layered approach.
But when one of those layers misses 67 of 70 attempts to sneak threatening materials through it, it's worth questioning whether that layer is worth all the misery and annoyance it provide the flying public.
(Using the excuse of "Oh, these guys know all the secrets of the agency in order to sneak past our people" is kind of lame, as it assumes that potential terrorists are all bumbling amateurs who haven't done their research, too. Or, looked at another way, if the tests are really unrealistic, then why do them?)
