Apparently this is an extract from this video — which indicates that Peter Jackson will be directing an episode of Doctor Who (though I've heard it might be expanded to a three-parter …)

Interesting. G+ (now) doesn't autorun animated GIFs in the main stream, even when expanded — but it does autorun them in the notifications stream.
