Honestly, the only one I knew by name from the article was the inimitable June Foray (pictured below, most famous for Rocky the Flying Squirrel, but responsible for so much else). Good stuff.


I'm familiar with all of those (except the ones mentioned in passing in the final paragraph). A notable omission, I think, is Hanna-Barbera's Jean Vanderpyl, whose best-known character was Wilma Flintstone.
I know Bea Benaderet mainly from her radio work, particularly on Burns and Allen and Jack Benny.
