Ignoring some of the amusing snark about Kagan, Sotomayor, and Ginsburg (and, for that matter, Breyer) running amok over John Edwards' attempts to move things along quickly, the Justices' questions of the Texas Solicitor General over HB2 are remarkably telling as to what a goofy law it is, unless one admits that its primary goal is to reduce the constitutionally-protected access to abortion.
