I do have to give credit to Ammon Bundy and the whole clan of Malheur occupiers for sticking with their premise, i.e., the feds don't rightfully own Malheur Refuge, so the occupiers couldn't possibly be trespassing, so all charges should be dropped.
It's no more likely to succeed than efforts to exempt oneself from income taxes or speed limits, but at least they're sticking by their zany story.
