Actually, turning nouns into verbs doesn't generally bother me — except when the nouns involved are themselves derivations of verbs that are being turned back to verbs that mean pretty much the same thing as the original verb.
My current (least) favorite example is solution as a verb. In most cases, it is nearly interchangeable with solve, the verb it was originally formed from. It's the sort of business speak that comes across as the sort of thing consultants and sales executives say to sound sophisticated and business-oriented.
