Everyone seemed to marvel at how — well, presidential Donald Trump was the past few days. His acceptance speech was level, and included gracious notes toward Hillary Clinton. His meeting with Barack Obama seemed civil, even pleasant.
My immediate thought: Trump can be nice and polite when nobody is challenging him. One of the most noteworthy aspects of his campaign behavior was how he reacted to attacks: with denials and counter-attacks.
Aaaand now somebody's challenging him — protesters in a number of American cities. So, naturally, he's back on Twitter.
'Just had a very open and successful presidential election. Now professional protesters, incited by the media, are protesting. Very unfair!'
Nice delegitimizing of what appear to have been pretty spontaneous protests. But also a strange cry about it being "Very unfair," given that complaining about "fairness" is one of those "politically correct" whines that the Right tends to attribute to the Left.
This is going to be an interesting four years on Twitter.
Trump is back to tweeting like Trump again
So much for being presidential.
Still not enough to actually make me reinstall twitter, but yes.
Bully for the president elect being ungrounded and getting his internet access back.

I found Twitter pretty useful the past few days as an additional source of material to consider. I'm not (and won't be) using it as my primary tool any time soon, but it's a broader field of players than G+ and it isn't FB. YMMV.
Yeah. I get all that.
It just became so toxic and content free for me, i couldn't really take it. I know with good curation it can remain useful, but that's not something I wanted to spend time on.
