Errors of Mercy

I know little about Rep. Kennedy, aside from his pedigree, but his response to Paul Ryan's suggestion that getting rid of the ACA would be "an act of mercy" is spot on:

"There is no mercy in a system that makes health care a luxury.

There is no mercy in a country that turns its back on those most need of protection: the elderly, the poor, the sick, and the suffering.

There is no mercy in a cold shoulder to the mentally ill.

This is not an 'act of mercy.' It is an act of malice."

  1. So what may have been intended as Don T care is perceived widely as 'Don't care'? I thought Trump came to power on the strength of his support from the weaker sections of the society. Isn't that true? Forget about the reaction of the rich, how are the weaker sections reacting?

Is this person related to the past President John Kennedy?John was a democrat. Perhaps political affiliations do not run in the family.
