Guys. Bottom up: Bun. Optional onion (burger heat softens it). Burger. Cheese (melts best here). Tomato (isolated from bun so it doesn't get it soggy). Lettuce (far from burger so it doesn't wilt). Bun.
+Al Hunt I was interested to see the article talk about the lettuce being on the bottom to avoid the meat making the bun soggy (conversely, hold it and eat it upside down, as I tend to do). I skip the tomato myself (explicitly).
