I’m fine with acting against child abductions. I’m just distinctly unsure what value this particular show-interrupting emergency warning message adds. Am I supposed to peer out the window, anywhere in Colorado, looking for a child abduction? Is there a particular child who has been abducted, or are children being snatched up all over the state? Are we really expecting the crisis to be over in only three hours? Is there a web page I should be going to?
If not, could we skip interrupting even the DVR playback with this?
Missile Alert Boy from Hawaii has found a new job.
We saw that pop up last night, and we had to read it twice and look at each other and agree that it was a pointless Amber Alert.
Yo I found them! ICE has had them all along!
The hell. We have those in Illinois and they give the name and possible license plate of the car they're in. Sounds like someone hit enter before finishing up the MadLib.
While living in California, my phone awakened me with a child abduction alert in Colorado. Really?
@Scott – Wonder if it was the same one, and someone just chose all the widest default settings.
