Mitch doesn't want more people to vote. Especially if they are, statistically, most likely Democrats. Not that he's going to make it any easier for Republicans to vote alongside them, mind you. He's fine with low voter turn-out scenarios that are only convenient for retirees and people who can set their own hours. Since those are most likely, statistically, Republicans.
