Margie’s still down with her strep throat infection, so I got to do the post-vacation shopping today and some cooking to boot.
I made up a 9×13 of Aunt Elda’s Casserole, as well as a big pot of chili (starting with McCormick’s chili seasoning packet as a starter, but heavily doctored). Nothing fancy, but good to know I’m providing for the family (and for myself).
