Links (most recent first) that caught my eye, but did not warrant full-blown blog entries ….
- Indiana Supreme Court Rules People Can’t Resist If Police Illegally Enter A Home – I don’t recommend physically resisting police who are entering your home, but being told by the court that all you can do is telling them you’ll see them in court doesn’t sound like a very strong protection of rights.
- Republicans For Obama, A Group That’s Existed Since 2006, May Get More Traction – It’s an interesting issues perspective, vs the discontented Democrats and the radical Right.
- Christie Responds to Evolution Question: ‘That’s None Of Your Business’ – Chris Christie – Fox Nation – Um, yes, actually it is.

- ‘With allies like that, who needs the left?’ – I suspect people will reevaluate their idea of Gingrich as “intelligent” by the time this campaign is over.
- Boykin: Obama Creating Personal Brownshirt Army To Enforce Marxism – Man, I am glad this yahoo is retired.
- South Carolina Republican Named ‘Legislator of the Year’ For Writing A Bill That Disenfranchises Voters – “for dedication and conspicuous service” … to the South Carolina Republican Party.
- AZ Senate President Russell Pearce Threatens To Lock Up Protesting Public Workers In Desert Tent Cities – Classy!
- Is Liberty Law School Teaching Students to Break The Law? – Civil disobedience is an appropriate certainly something that every person needs to consider when faced with a disconnect between the law and their conscience. Teaching lawyers to recommend civil disobedience is a bit sketchier, and manipulating grades to get lawyers-in-training to force that response shows more than a bit of lack of respect for conscience.
- Minnesota Republican Candidate For Senate Rejects Separation Of Church And State – Well, I salute him for being upfront about it. That said, he’s flat wrong.
