“You! What planet is this?”
🙂
Heh. Kelley had a good reputation as psychopathic Western villains before Star Trek, and he sure drew on that experience in this ep. Plus — McCoy is a pretty nasty martial artist, too.
Only three stars for Dragonsinger? I really enjoyed it.
I liked it, but I found Menolly pretty passive and powerless. She succeeds because she is likable and inoffensive, and because she’s incredibly talented. She makes a few decisions over the first two books that help a bit — running off, figuring out how to save the clutch of eggs — but is almost forced into them, and the rest of the time depends on the kindness of strangers.
