I've used this feature some, usually when I need to be on a call at home and (a) it's a toll call or, more often, (b) Margie's already on the phone. (Yeah, we have mobiles, but the reception is pretty crappy.)
If it didn't tether me to my computer when I do it, I'd probably do it more. (I like being able to wander as I talk on the phone.) #ddtb
