Christmas is, to my mind, about being together with loved ones, sharing expressions of esteem and affection (often by way of gifts), enjoying good food and drink, and drawing closer in ways that we seem to somehow forget to do the other 364 days of the year.
I hope you get to participate in all of those things in these waning days of the year, whether you consider them inspired by a religious event or not. And if Christmas has religious meaning to you as well, may it be a comfort and inspiration to you as well.

I’m glad I’m able to entertain, educate, or interest you, and that you are here to listen to what I have to say (and occasionally comment).
