While a mojito is not my default drink of choice, I do drink them on occasion. And if I decide I want one then please spare me the petty excuses and the "Oh, how untrendy" eyerolling, and make me a damned mojito.
And, yes, it's a time-consuming drink. I'll factor that into my tip, if you make it well.
