I had a hankering, as the main theme had been playing in my brain for the past week. And, damn me if I didn't enjoy it — especially whenever Loki is on-screen.

Watched “Thor” again for the first time in a while, and while all of the below is still true (esp. the truncated feeling of the redemption arc), I still enjoyed it a heck of a lot. It’s a very good superhero movie, if only a fairly good movie in general. Special kudos to Patrick Doyle’s soundtrack, which combines nice modern notes to themes that are bombastic at the right moments and subtle at the right moments. And another special call-out to To…
