Glad to see the Philadelpha PD get slapped down for this. Pity the TSA folk who started the whole thing didn't get similarly disciplined (as far as I can tell).
Ironically, it's just the other day I was reading about how the US military and intelligence are still short of folk who know Arab languages. Which is kind of difficult to fix if people freak out when folk are learning Arabic.
Also, a small shout-out and "chirp" to Mr. George, who is a +Pomona College now-alum.
