Jeb Bush has tried to be the "smart one" of his generation of Bush politicians, distancing himself tonally from his brother as a policy wonk and competent manager — but as the herd of GOP candidates stampede across the savanna, he's showing he's not above a little just-plain-folk, those-pointy-headed-intellectuals trolling for the base who mistrust … well, smart people.

Jeb Bush wanted to be seen as nerdy, book-loving wonk. Now, however, he’s complaining about President Obama’s “big-syllable words.”
I personally would prefer a President who has a higher IQ than I do, or at the very least understands that knowledge and intelligence are an asset.
The fact that "W" was a President, for two terms, and we have a LOT of politicians who are complete morons is an embarrassment to our democratic system and our ability to choose our leaders.
