Granted it's a heavily done-up cover for EW, but Psylocke here looks pretty darn cool — a reasonable variant on the comic book original.
Less so Apocalypse, who looks here like a guy in blue make-up with a fancy head-dress. The comic character has always been distinctive for the weird lip/jaw thing he had going (http://marvel.com/universe/Apocalypse_(En_Sabah_Nur)), and this dude just looks like he has a glower. Or maybe a sneer.
Of course, I've never been that fond of Apocalypse as a character or X-opponent, so I may not be giving him an even break here.

The cover of Entertainment Weekly gives us our first good look at Apocalypse, Psylocke, and Magneto. Pretty cool.
He looks like a relative of Ronan from the Guardians of the Galaxy movie.
+Ryan Beck That occurred to me; I almost would have thought they were drawing a connection, if it weren't coming from a different studio.
Huh. Looking at the photos here — https://plus.google.com/u/0/118006395632318978436/posts/5T99KLpoQ4i — it appears that the actual production Apocalypse will have the jaw/lips/eyes (and physique). Why they didn't do that for the EW photo I do not understand.
Hmm I think that second pic might be fan photo shopped and not official. I don't think they would put the unfinished version on the cover.
It does look way better though.
+Ryan Beck Ugh. You are correct. And you are correct.
