Grrr. My computer can see the AT&T Wireless Wi-fi networks all around me here at DIA, but even though I have the SSID entered in correctly (and automatically), I can’t get connected. Rrg.

I’m assuming that you still have your loaner laptop. If so, I have this same problem when connecting to a wireless hub that has the SSID. What I have learned that I have to do is to connect to the wireless hub WITHOUT the SSID. Then “scan for available connections” find the one I am connected to and re-enter the SSID information. It’s a major PITA. I emailed support, but they seemed to think I was making the problem up.
YMMV.
I’ll give that a try. I had my home SSID in there, and then put in the proper one, and, in fact, when I told Windows to not automatically try to link then it shows the proper SSID for the ports, but none of that worked.
I’ll give it another try next business trip. Rrg.
