Ingenious, Holmes! An online technical manual set up via a blog, to allow people to comment on different sections (with questions, comments, suggestions, etc.). The interactivity of a wiki, combined with the security of a blog. Nice.
Of course, given who did it, the approach is not surprising. It’s only surprising it’s taken this long.
