The Time Tunnel.

I mean, complete with Lee Meriwether and Whit Bissell look-alikes, swirly time-travel shots, the music, something that resembled the Tunnel, and slow motion appearances where/when Doug and Tony (er, Frank e Ygor) showed up.

It’s not so much that the parody show was odd (aside from trying to figure out what was being said — albeit the comedy was so broad that it wasn’t too difficult to follow), but that it was parodying an Irwin Allen American TV series from 1966 that probably two in a hundred Americans could recall, let alone name. Unless there’s been some odd repeats of TT on Mexican TV, I can’t imagine what they were thinking of.
