Both P-siren and Velvet got costume changes last night. No pics thereof, for some reason, though.
Velvet went for a “classy” costume (as defined, of course, by her). I actually think it looks pretty good, a combo of stylish and some little accents that tie into her “regular” costume. I replaced the slot I’d redone for her swim suit pics, since I wasn’t ever able to get together with the swim suit issue photographer.
Yeah, I could have used that money for an SO or two. Oh, well.
P-siren went for something more casual for her second outfit.
General fun running around mish-cleaning with Avocet and Phed-X last night. Stayed up too late.

I can’t believe Serge charged only 30,000 for that, when he soaked me for over 160 Gs for a simple grey suit! Well, I’ll be talking to Shock.Therapy soon; perhaps I can just happen to mention this and she’ll slip me some more Influence. 🙂
You stayed up to late? I had to wait forever for Allegro to show, then we had a long heart-to-heart, and then spent the evening on the town, taking out baddies and getting her new outfit at Icon. (And, uh…I was treated to three–count’em, three–displays of her butt-wiggling! Not bad for a guy who’s now officially just a close friend, eh?)
And then you had to go and call it a “practical” outfit and spoil Velvet’s mood. 🙂
It really seems to be heavily influenced by level. P-siren’s recostume was about the same price as mine.
Sorry Avo…She was kept waiting by Ulric and me doing interviews, and dealing with a bad player. She was waiting with Willie to talk about the FORCE meet up. I told her you were looking for her and she left shortly after that (11:30pm MDT, Puck was there…so a real good incentive for her to leave).
Yeah, Allegro was steamed at Puck, but gave no details. Avocet spent the day trying to decide if he should chew Puck out. You’ll notice he didn’t call her and ask for a private chat, so…
And the close friend thing? Yeah, it really is a good thing. The dynamic is going to work a lot better. (So why does Allegro seem to get jealous when Avocet hangs around Serafina, checking out her…wares? She shouldn’t care! And she can tell when he’s lying, but apparently not when he’s joking. Odd…)
Oh, and then tonight Lazerwolf shows up and starts making snide remarks about Avocet’s interest in Allegro. He’s a jerk, but not as bad a guy as he pretends to be. I think he may have gained a bit of respect for Av tonight. (But I thought that he, of all people, would have noticed… Oh, well. We’ll see who’s first to say something about it.)
Velvet ran into Lazerwolf last night, at the Science store in IP. Made some obnoxious remarks to her about the Phalanx and so forth. She held her own, then TTFN and away she went. (I was too busy doing respec stuff to get involved …)
