Definitely. Though probably just Wisps for the “useful” pets. Or maybe the TV-like targetting drones.
Although the clockwork drones would make great ‘toys’ for the kids. Especially since they get ‘broken’ all the time!
Mind you, they might like going to Founders Falls, just to check out the property prices and where the good schools are….
Founders? Nah … too big city. Who wants to live in an apartment? Now, Croatoa … there are some nice wooded glens out there, and it’s a decent commute by rail …
