LOL@CO. Nerdrage actually won. I can’t decide if this is a good thing or a bad thing. CoH is raising the bar on CO to a point I don’t think it can compete with. Think USA vs. Soviet Union in the cold war, with CO as USSR. 😉

I have to say, I’m both pleased and dismayed that Cryptic caved that quickly on the expansion. Pleased because I think it was a stupid idea. Dismayed because it shows they’re so sensitive at the moment to losing any of their subscriber base that it doesn’t bode well for the game, expansion or no.
Without going into great detail on it (again), there are aspects of CO that I dearly love, and others that drive me bonkers. Margie’s at 39.75 with Stilt-Walker, and she feels even more that way. “Of the three games we’re playing, this is the least fun.”
None of which makes me think CO is long for this world, esp. if they can’t get a more established base before DCUO comes out.
