The “Ronald Dwale” mentioned is, of course, John Ronald Reuel Tolkien (say his middle names sloppily and they sound rather like “Ronald Dwale”). You get his pipe for completing a quest chain.
I assume Jack Lewisdown is CS Lewis, who was (if I recall correctly) usually called Jack.
Correct. I do not know enough about the Inklings to know the other two.
