Ingredients:
- 9 slices bacon fried crisp and cooled
- 3 small tomatoes, cored and quartered
- 3 tsp prepared mustards
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, quartered
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 11/2 c blanched almonds
- 3 Tab chopped green onions
- chips or crackers
Directions:
- Place tomatoes, cream cheese and Tabasco in a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add almonds, green onions and bacon.
- Process just until almonds are chopped.
- Refrigerate several hours or up to two days.
- Serve with chips or crackers.
Serves: Makes 3 cups
