KOA 1998 Martha Stewart at the Lake
Lovely Lake Casitas is the site for KOA 98. It is conveniently located between Santa Barbara and Ventura nestled between the sandy beaches of the coast and spectacular mountains towering over the Ojai Valley. Lake Casitas has 32 miles of shoreline and 6,200 acres of oak trees and rolling hills. The lake is filled with trout, bass, catfish, crappie and sunfish – fishing is allowed, but no swimming or skiing.
The secluded lake view group camp site will be our home. Rustic vault facilities and coin operated hot showers enhance the wilderness experience. The food will be up to Martha’s exacting standards of bountiful portions and extravagant presentation. The company will of course be that idiosyncratic mix of people we have all come to expect. Martha entertained 66 guests for dinner Saturday night.
