Make this the day before so it has time to age. Quite good on cold poached salmon (or any fish for that matter.)
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1 Tab dried dill
- 1 tsp grated onion
- 1 egg, hard-boiled, sieved
- salt and pepper
Directions:
Mix well.
Serves: About 2 cups
