Tempura Dipping Sauce – Kitchen Cupboard Version

There are “authentic” recipes for dipping sauce, many brands to purchase, but when you make tempura to use up bits of leftovers you need a quick and easy sauce.  This will work.

Ingredients:

  • 1 c water
  • 1/4 c dry Sherry
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chicken broth granules

Directions:

  1. Combine.
  2. Heat until boiling.
